All items are shipped from Singapore via registered mail within 3 business days of receiving your order. An email will be sent to you with a tracking number as soon as we send your parcel out. As for arrival times, they depend on where in the world you are! Please also take note that customisations take time and we have to account for order volume as well. If you’re on a deadline or unsure of when your order will ship, don’t hesitate to reach out to us! For customised orders, please send us your wishes via email at [email protected] and we will do our best to grant them as soon as possible!

Please note that all imported goods have to go through your country’s customs department, and may be subject to customs fees. These fees will not be handled by us. 



Please ensure the address and all other information given to us is entered correctly. If the address provided as the “shipping address” at checkout is not entered correctly and the parcel is lost, no refund will be made and we will not be obliged to send you another parcel. If item(s) are lost in transit despite a correct mailing address attached to it, or damaged, you will be given a replacement of the same item. However, if the post office returns a parcel to us unopened, by no mistake of our own (marked “return to seller”, or “address unknown” etc.) a refund will be issued.


If you are less than satisfied, please contact us via email within one week of receiving your order at [email protected] and we will do our best to rectify the issue. If you would like a refund, please mail the item back to us in its original, undamaged condition via registered mail within 7 days after reception. The refund will be issued to you upon our reception of the item(s). We will not bear return shipping or customs costs.


What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal, credit card and debit card payments. Payment must be received in full before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with payment, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to assist you!

Do you do gift packaging?

Yes! For special gift packaging, do let us know in the comment box at the checkout page, so we can make the packaging a little more fancy-shmancy! Do include your personalised note, if you have one. Oh, and please don’t forget the recipient’s name! We love love so this is at no additional cost to you.

How should I care for my Beadlebug Jewellery?

You should avoid exposing your Beadlebug trinkets to abrasive chemicals or perfume. We also strongly suggest that you take them off before showering or taking a swim. Do treat the semi-precious stones gently too – they are fragile.

Is everything handmade?

The materials that we use (beads, stones, findings, etc) are all carefully sourced from all over the world, mostly on our travels. Every one of our trinkets are designed and pieced together ourselves – just the two of us. All our products are the result of many hours of designing and crafting. We hope you enjoy the products as much as we enjoy making them!

How much of Beadlebug proceeds go to the Lajee Center Kindergarten?

Every month, we channel half of our proceeds to them. If you would like to request that all the proceeds from your order go to the beneficiary, do email us. You can find more information about the Lajee Center Kindergarten here.

Why isn’t the item held for me once placed in my cart?

I had an item in my cart and tried to check out with it, but now the item says it’s sold out. Fastest fingers first, darlings. The item is only yours once the transaction has been completed.
